Alexei M. Klementiev
PhD – Tomsk State University, Tomsk, 2011 (Geomorphology and Evolutionary Geography). Senior researcher of the Lab of Mesozoic and Cenozoic Geology in the Institute of the Earth’s Crust of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Science. He is leading paleolnthologist in the numerous projects for investigation of the Middle and Upper Paleolithic sites in Transbaikalia, Cis-Baikal, Yenisei River Basin. He is works in our Mongolian projects since 2018 and described faunal assemblages from Tolbor-4, Tolbor-21, Orkhon-1, Orkhon-7, Moiltyn Am. He is CI in RSF’s project. His research interests focus on the late Cenozoic large mammals, paleoecology and paleogeography of Eastern Siberia and Mongolia in Neo-Pleistocene – Holocene.
